Warming Communities ... One Coat at a Time

The need has never been greater and it’s never been easier to make a difference in your community. Here is your opportunity to make sure that nobody goes without the basic necessity of a coat this winter.

The Springfield Rescue Mission is collecting clean, gently used coats and jackets as part of their community service project. Coats for men, women and children in all shapes and sizes are welcome. We are dedicated to distributing good quality coats, free of charge, directly to local children and adults. The program is an easy way for you and your family to pass along coats and jackets that are no longer needed.

The goal of the Springfield Rescue Mission since 1892 has been to meet the physical and spiritual needs of the hungry, homeless, addicted, and poor by introducing them to Christ and helping them apply the Word of God to every area of their lives. The Springfield Rescue Mission is a non-profit, Christian based Emergency Shelter and Rehabilitation Program providing food, clothing and shelter. No person is denied services based on race, creed, gender, or nationality.
