Undie Sunday Undie Monday Campaign
“A project you can get behind”

Undie Sunday Video
For the past seventeen years the Springfield Rescue Mission has held our Undie Sunday Undie Monday collection where we collect underwear, socks and t-shirts for distribution to the homeless. We serve over 4000 men each year at our Emergency Shelter and our goal is to provide each of them with a new, clean set of underclothing.
Our goal is to collect 4000 pairs of socks, underwear (boxers) and t-shirts.
You can help by starting a collection at church, work, in your school or neighborhood. The drive starts in September and continues through October. Bring your donations to the Springfield Rescue Mission, 19 Bliss Street, by November 1st.
As the weather starts getting colder, donating a warm set of underclothing is an easy way to show the love of Christ to someone who has not had a clean pair of undergarments for months. Help us reach our goal and provide everyone who comes to the Mission’s Emergency Shelter with new, clean underwear, socks and a t-shirt!
Very often spiritual healing begins with physical needs being met. Together we will make sure that no child and no adult faces the humiliation of going without underwear. Undie Sunday Undie Monday allows you to make a meaningful difference for someone who is going without a basic need.
We'll keep you posted on our 4000 piece goal with updates on our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/hope4springfield)
