Adopt a RoomOur sincere gratitude goes out to Doug and Charlene Hoffman for their tireless efforts in remodeling one resident's room and two business offices over the past year.  They are a blessing!

Please come down and take a look at their handy-work.  Our Director Ron Willoughby is proud to show off their efforts as they renovated his office.  If you would like a tour of the Mission, please contact us at 413.732.0808 ext. 114 and we will set a date.

Thanks again Doug and Charlene!

New Laundry Equipment Summer 2009Thanks to faithful donors, we were able to purchase new laundry equipment for our Bliss Street and Taylor Street locations at a cost of $27,000.  It is our desire and priority to provide a warm, safe and clean environment for men to lay their heads.  We do many loads of laundry each day to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and safety for all who come to us seeking shelter.  Due to the abundance of daily laundry and the age of our old equipment we knew it was time to purchase more energy efficient washers and dryers. Thanks to a few faithful supporters we were able to upgrade our laundry services.  Praise God!

Fallquest 09- Love Offering -The Q 99.7FMOur sincere gratitude goes out to The Q 99.7FM for allowing us to make a presentation at Fall Quest 2009, Six Flags, Springfield.  Ron Willoughby, our Executive Director, was able to address hundreds of concert attendees and share the goal of the Mission – to meet the physical and spiritual need of the hungry, homeless, addicted and poor by introducing them to Christ and helping them apply the Word of God to every area of their lives.

The Q 99.7 also took a love offering for the Springfield Rescue Mission raising $2,000.  This check was presented by The Q's Nate Thomas and Dan Albitz to Mr. Ron Willoughby, Executive Director.

Our appreciation goes out to The Q 99.7FM for their support of the Mission and ultimately their goal of presenting positive values to the people of the Pioneer Valley through their radio station, the music and testimonies they broadcast.
