We appreciate your support. Each year the Mission challenges our friends to a matching appeal. Loyal donors put up an initial match of $24,546 in January 2009. You responded and surpassed the match by bringing in an additional $27,354. Thank you for your kind, giving hearts as we strive to reach out and help those in need.

Springfield Rescue Mission Undie SundayFor the past fifteen years local churches and businesses have encouraged their members and employees to collect and donate NEW ITEMS of underclothing to the Mission for distribution to the homeless.  Although food, used clothing and toiletries donations have been generous, many times we do not have enough underwear to meet the need throughout the year.  This basic necessity for the homeless is often overlooked.  Please help us assist those in need! NEW T-shirts, underwear and socks for men, women, and children - all sizes are needed, from medium to 4X.  Please have all donations to the Springfield Rescue Mission at 19 Bliss Street, Springfield by November 9th or inform us when your drive will be completed.  Thank you!
